Employers Liability
Employers Liability is a legal requirement following legislation in 1969. Exceptions to this legal requirement are government departments, family businesses unless they are incorporated as limited companies and self employed people who not employ others.
Cover is provided for legal liabilities for death, injury or disease to employees.
Public Liability
Cover provides for legal liability for death, injury or disease to third parties and loss of or damage to third party property.
We are also able to provide excess layer insurances if required.
Products Liability
Legal liability for loss of or damage to third party property or death injury or disease sustained by third parties arising from goods sold or supplied. |
